We are looking for a marketing professional who is keen to build India’s foremost manufacturing services brand and be a part of the team to realize the vision for #MakeInIndia together. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market growth for our business.

We will prefer candidates that possess a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, coupled with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns for B2B brands. As a growth oriented start-up, we prefer candidates willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done, and are comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

Role & responsibilities

● Analyze and understand business processes and requirements of the organization.
● Implement, configure, and customize ERPNext modules to fit the organization’s needs.
● Provide guidance on best practices and optimal use of ERPNext.
● Conduct training sessions for users and prepare user documentation.
● Coordinate with technical teams for integration with existing systems and data migration.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ERPNext system.
● Keep abreast of updates and new features in ERPNext and advise on adoption.
● Manage ERPNext projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
● Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
● Problem-Solving Skills – An ERPNext Consultant will be on call to handle any issues with the ERPNext Software. They will need to be able to think creatively and resolve problems to ensure the smoothest possible experience for users of the ERPNext software.
● Teamwork and Leadership – The ERPNext consultant is responsible for coordinating the needs of each of the company’s divisions. They must be able to lead meetings to collect information and then unite these disparate visions into a cohesive whole for the entire company,
● Communication and Presentation Skills – The ERPNext Consultant is responsible for presenting a full plan to management, as well as for teaching the ins and outs of the upgraded system to employees. As such, they will need strong communication skills to be able to get complex ideas across in an easy-to-understand fashion.


● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERPNext, including implementation, customization, and support.
● Proficiency in ERPNext configuration, setup, and administration.
● Strong understanding of ERPNext architecture, modules, and features.
● Experience with ERPNext scripting (Python), customization, and development tools.
● Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
● ERPNext certifications is a plus
