Karkhana was proud to participate in Source India 2026, hosted by ELCINA, a key platform bringing together global buyers, Indian manufacturers, OEMs, and supply chain leaders. The event spotlighted India’s growing role as a global electronics sourcing and manufacturing hub, with a strong focus on building reliable, scalable, and future-ready supply chains.
Over two days at the exhibition, Karkhana engaged with a wide spectrum of stakeholders – from startups to large OEMs and international buyers, around a shared set of priorities: scaling production efficiently, improving reliability, and building stronger manufacturing partnerships out of India. At our stall, we showcased how our distributed manufacturing network and digital supply chain capabilities enable hardware teams to move from sourcing to production with greater speed, visibility, and consistency.
A key highlight of the event was our Founder & CEO, Sonam Motwani’s session at ELCINA’s conference on “Vision 2030: Powering India’s rise as the world’s electronics engine.” She spoke about the momentum in India’s electronics sector while addressing the less visible challenges that arise as products transition from prototype to scaled production. Her insights emphasized the need for deeper engineering capabilities, stronger industrialisation practices, and tighter collaboration across OEMs, EMS players, and suppliers.
The conversations at Source India 2026 reinforced a clear industry direction: as India scales its electronics ambitions, success will depend not just on capacity, but on coordination, execution, and supply chain resilience. Karkhana.io remains committed to enabling this shift—helping businesses build, scale, and manufacture with confidence.
