The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market growth for our business.
We will prefer candidates that possess a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, coupled with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns for B2B brands. As a growth oriented start-up, we prefer candidates willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done, and are comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Job Description – Manager, Marketing
- Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image, ensuring consistent messaging, create and enforce brand guidelines.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the development of the company’s online presence, including website management, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Utilize digital channels to reach and engage target audiences.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, and videos, that showcases our expertise in manufacturing services.
- Public Relations: Collaborate with a PR agency to formulate and implement strategy that builds strong relationships with key mediapersons, generates high quality coverage & stories, and builds a robust thought leadership image.
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, and lead nurturing campaigns, to drive new business opportunities.
- Marketing Budget: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize the return on investment. Monitor expenses and track the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Event and Trade Show Coordination: Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and other marketing-related activities to promote the company’s products and services.
- Bachelors or a masters in any discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing B2B brands. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry and in technical content oriented marketing efforts.
