We deliver custom build products, precision parts, and sub-assemblies to OEMs with the help of in-house engineering experts, and 400+ certified manufacturing suppliers.

We are looking for a marketing professional who is keen to build India’s foremost manufacturing services brand and be a part of the team to realize the vision for #MakeInIndia together. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market growth for our business.

We will prefer candidates that possess a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, coupled with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns for B2B brands. As a growth oriented start-up, we prefer candidates willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done, and are comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

Job Description – Manager, Marketing

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  2. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image, ensuring consistent messaging, create and enforce brand guidelines.
  3. Digital Marketing: Oversee the development of the company’s online presence, including website management, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Utilize digital channels to reach and engage target audiences.
  4. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, and videos, that showcases our expertise in manufacturing services.
  5. Public Relations: Collaborate with a PR agency to formulate and implement strategy that builds strong relationships with key mediapersons, generates high quality coverage & stories, and builds a robust thought leadership image.
  6. Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, and lead nurturing campaigns, to drive new business opportunities.
  7. Marketing Budget: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize the return on investment. Monitor expenses and track the performance of marketing initiatives.
  8. Event and Trade Show Coordination: Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and other marketing-related activities to promote the company’s products and services.


  1. Bachelors or a masters in any discipline
  2. 5-8 years of experience in marketing B2B brands. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry and in technical content oriented marketing efforts.
