ABS Like Resin
ABS-like photopolymer resin is a type of polymer that changes its physical properties when introduced to light, and it’s VOC free. In the case of 3D printing, this is a typical liquid plastic resin that hardens when exposed to a light source, such as a laser, a lamp, a projector or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and most of these light sources irradiate ultraviolet (UV) light, which works perfectly with our photocuring resin. It’s a perfect companion for LCD 3D printers, and the print quality is excellent in terms of the details and performances.
PC Like Resin
PC resin, is a type of engineering plastic, which is a generic term for plastics that are specially designed for enhanced strength, temperature resistance, and other mechanical properties. Polycarbonate resin is primarily used for industrial applications, such for machine parts and electronic components, where its light weight and superior shock absorption qualities provide a distinct advantage over heavier, more rigid materials. Polycarbonate resin’s high transparency coupled with its sturdiness and non-shatter properties also make it a viable and safe replacement for glass.
PP Like Resin
PP is an inexpensive resin option with higher impact resistance in some grades; propylene homopolymer can be brittle in cold temperatures, with copolymers more resistant to impact. PP is wear-resistant, flexible and can have very high elongation. It’s also resistant to acids and bases. It is widely used for integral hinges or living hinges, fans, snap-over lids (e.g., shampoo bottle tops), medical pipette tubing.
Standard resin is a translucent material with a yellowish color, which is constructed from liquid resin hardened by a laser. It’s a low-budget resin that offers great surface quality and a high level of detail. Because of the structure required to support your model during printing, freedom of design is limited.
Tough Resin has high physical strength, high hardness, and high toughness similar to ABS filament. It’s a great choice for anyone who is printing for high stress and strain performance. This filament also has good wear resistance and much higher shock resistance than normal resin.
Pro Blk 10 Resin
Pro-Blk 10 is a two component polyurethane casting resin which exhibits good impact resistance and strength. It has a low viscosity making it extremely easy to mix. It contains zero solvents making it virtually odorless and user friendly. It also contains no fillers and can be hand mixed or used with automated dispensing equipment. Product uses include: Casting models, prototypes, figurines, proofing molds, making reproductions, etc
Rigid White Resin
Rigid White is a production-grade opaque white material that provides long-term environmental stability and long-lasting, clean white color. This material is recommended for use in medical, consumer goods, and industrial manufacturing applications, and other applications where a smooth surface finish, long-term indoor and outdoor stability, and biocompatible capability are needed. This resin exhibits thermoplastic behavior with necking at break, making it ideal for snap-fit applications. It also features 65°C heat deflection temperature and high elongation at break. Fast print speeds and simplified post-processing enable exceptional throughput.
MED-AMB 10 Resin
MED-AMB 10 is a rigid, translucent material for a range of medical and industrial applications, including when biocompatibility, sterilization and/or thermal resistance is required with fluid flow visualization. Capable of meeting ISO 10993-5 and -10 standards for biocompatibility (cytotoxicity, sensitization and irritation), this material can also be sterilized by autoclave. It delivers highly accurate parts with excellent feature resolution and high definition.
